I’m Cam Bates, a Certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor — trained in a science-based breathing method used for performance, sleep and stress regulation.I help people retrain their breathing for sleep, stress, focus and performance using practical, science-based methods.With a background in high-pressure banking, regulatory change and public speaking, my approach is simple, grounded and built for real life.

Is this available outside the UK?

Yes. Sessions are online and available internationally.Payment is billed in GBP (£49). This is approximately $65 USD at the time of writing, but final conversion may vary by bank/card provider.

Is this just one breathing exercise?

No. The first session checks your breathing pattern and gives you the best starting reset for your situation.

What technique will I learn?

It depends on your pattern. It may include slower breathing, 4 in / 6 out breathing, light nasal breathing, breath holds, or recovery breathing.

Is the £49 session enough?

For some people, yes. Others use it as the starting point for the 6-week pathway.

Do I need experience with breathing?

No. This is simple, practical and suitable for beginners.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is coaching and education. If you have a medical condition, follow advice from your GP or clinician.
